The detailed instructions on the preparation and submission of final camera-ready manuscript will be found at the online author kit sent you from IEEE.
An abbreviated short checklist for submitting final manuscript is as follows,

1. Register: Each paper submission (main symposium and workshop paper) must be accompanied with a separate paid full registration (not student or discounted rate) by April 30, 2009.

2. Review: The length of the final paper, and prepare the paper in PDF format (Information on page limit and cost for extra page can be found at Information for Authors section.

3. Submit Copyright Release Form (available as part of the online author kit).

4. Final paper submission (of both symposium and workshop papers) in PDF format must be completed before April 30, 2009.
